Peripheries For Perfect Cutting

The Periphery for Perfect Cutting is the new concept from ESAB Cutting Systems that brings together all ESAB technology available to complement the company's oxy-fuel, plasma and laser, cutting machines. For each of these cutting methods, ESAB Cutting Systems provides supporting periphery equipment including cutting tables, air filter systems and heat recovery systems- all designed to provide the optimum workshop cutting environment.

Cutting tables from ESAB Cutting Systems are designed to complement the major cutting technologies. Their modular design means they can be customised to integrate into any production environment. Tables are available to cut materials up to 300mm thick or 3000mm width/6000mm length. Water tables are also available for underwater cutting as well as exchange table and pallet replacement system tables that enable fast loading and unloading of sheets, saving valuable promotion time.

Dust and smoke retraction systems with specially designed suction ducts ensure fresh air during the cutting process and operate with high efficiency levels and low noise. They are complemented by filter systems that counteract fine dust, protecting operators and helping companies to comply with all statutory regulations. ESAB systems for health protection and environment management are certified to ISO 14001.
