Space Saving DIL Switches from knitter-switchknitter-switch, one of Europe's leading switch manufacturers, has made a significant addition to its dual-in-line (DIL) switch product family with the launch of the SBS 5000 J series. Designed for surface mount applications across a wide range of market sectors, the SBS 5000 J DIL switch series features gold plated brass "j-hook" terminals which take up less room on host PCB's. The SBS 5000 J can be specified with either recessed actuators for protection against accidental operation, which also allow switches to be taped for automatic insertion during manufacture, or raised actuators for easier operation by users. The switches are end to end stackable and come with 4, 8 or 10 poles.
