Easy reliable Pasteurisation and Sterilisation monitoring

Jdl is pleased to announce the TDL-130 data logger that monitors the sterilisation process, in cans, bottles, jars or other containers in tunnels or in autoclaves up to 130C. Simple to set up and easy to use software produces proof of correct processing. It also enables the producer to ensure that he is maintaining correct temperatures throughout the process.

TDL-130 is a small easy to use “put it in the process data logger” that when coupled with Win Pasteur software, interface cable and temperature probe proves that the correct temperatures over the right time at the right sequence occur. As well as showing that it is all correct in the process it may also show that you could save money where the temperatures are over the pasteurisation requirement! The software Reporter provides screen data or hard copy print out of calculated Pasteurisation units (PU), T Max pasteurisation time and time above a preset temperature.
