Techcon Systems Releases Rigid TT Series Dispensing Tips

Techcon Systems, a product group of OK International and a leading provider of fluid dispensing systems and products, introduces its new Rigid TT Series Dispensing Tips. The new rigid tips are designed to provide accurate positioning for automation dispensing applications.

The tips feature opaque colors to ensure total blockage from UV/visible light, and are recommended for applications where dispensing medium and high-viscosity fluids with a high degree of precision and consistency is required.

Molded from premium grade Polypropylene resin, the Rigid TT Series tips are compatible with a range of dispensing fluids and UV cure adhesives. A smooth internal fluid path design reduces turbulent flow, and prevents air entrapment and fluid dripping caused by back pressure build-up. Additionally, the flash-free orifice ensures accurate and repeatable dispensing.

Manufactured in a cleanroom environment, Techcon’s Rigid TT Series tips are free of silicon, chloride and amide contamination. Available in seven sizes: 14-, 16-, 18-, 20-, 22-, 25- and 27-gauge, the tips are packaged in boxes of 50 or bulk packages of 1000.
