EnSolv 5408 adds Boeing Military Approval for Vapour Degreasing

Finding an alternative to the Carcinogen Trichloroethylene for critical degreasing is no longer a challenge. Aerospace approvals recommend EnSolv 5408 as the popular choice.

EnSolv 5408 has been widely accepted as the alternative to the Carcinogen Trichloroethylene in aerosapace, having achieved Boeing approval for degreasing commercial aircraft components. This approval was achieved under strict criteria following performance testing. Boeing approval has now been extended to include military applications under Boeing PS 12020 specification. This extends the use of EnSolv 5408 for vapour degreasing of aircraft of the F-18 and F-16 range.
